• Foods you really love to eat and those you can’t stand.
• Your day-to-day schedule, including your current work and exercise habits.
• The kind of help you need. Christy can give you a detailed daily meal plan and meet with you often, or she can just be someone you call when you need a little advice…it’s up to you!

This new service is all about giving you what you need when you need it! It’s offered over the phone, and is available to all employees and their spouses, including those working with a health coach. And it’s free and confidential.
